MatchNBook Terms of Service

1.Overview

MatchNBook is a marketplace that connects customers with independent taskers who provide personal services (such as cleaning, handyman work, moving help, and similar tasks). MatchNBook does not itself perform these services. Taskers are independent contractors, not employees of MatchNBook.

2.Booking and payment

Customers pay for services through the platform at the time of booking, before the task is completed. Prices are set for each service and shown at checkout.

3.Cancellations and refunds

• Customers may cancel 24 hours or more before a scheduled task for a full refund.
• Cancellations between 3 and 24 hours before the scheduled start receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled start, or after it, are not refunded.
• If a tasker cancels or does not show up, the customer receives a full refund.

4.Tasker conduct

Taskers are independently screened, but MatchNBook does not guarantee the quality of every service. Customers should report any issues to support immediately.

5.Account responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for any activity under their account.

6.Limitation of liability

MatchNBook is not liable for damages arising from services performed by independent taskers, to the extent permitted by law.

7.Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
