How do I post a task?

Download the app, tap Post a Task, and describe what you need. Add photos if it helps, set your timing, and submit. Local taskers will start applying shortly.

How do I know the tasker is trustworthy?

Every tasker profile shows their real name, photo, star rating, past reviews, and background-check status. You can read everything before you hire anyone.

What if I am not happy with the work?

Message the tasker through the app first. If it still is not done as agreed, dispute the job in the app instead of confirming it, and our team will review it. You also leave a review after every job, which keeps quality high for everyone.

How does payment work?

You see the full price breakdown first, then pay through the app when you hire. The tasker is paid only after the job is marked complete and you confirm it. Your payment details are never shared with the tasker.

Can I cancel after hiring a tasker?

Yes, from your active task in the app. You get a full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled time, 50% between 3 and 24 hours, and no refund with less than 3 hours to go. If the tasker cancels or does not show up, you get a full refund.

How do I sign up as a tasker?

Download the Tasker app, create your profile, complete the checks your services need (for example a background check for work in customers' homes, or a licence for trades), and start applying to jobs near you.

Who sets the price?

You do. When you apply to a task, you propose your own rate. The customer sees your proposal alongside your profile and decides.

How and when do I get paid?

The customer pays when they hire you. Your earnings are released after the job is complete and the customer confirms it (or automatically if they do not respond in time), then paid to your bank account on your payout schedule.

What does the background check involve?

A standard criminal background screening, required for services done in customers' homes. It gives customers confidence in the people they invite in.

Can I choose which jobs I apply to?

Yes, completely. You browse available tasks in your area and apply only to the ones you want. No job is ever assigned to you without your choice.
