Message the tasker directly through the app to sort it out. You also leave a review after every job, which keeps quality high for everyone.

How does payment work?

You pay through the app after the job is done. Your payment details are never shared with the tasker directly.

Can I cancel after hiring a tasker?

Yes. Open the app and cancel through your active task. Check the cancellation terms shown at booking for any timing conditions.

How do I sign up as a tasker?

Who sets the price?

You do. When you apply to a task, you propose your own rate. The customer sees your proposal alongside your profile and decides.

How and when do I get paid?

Payment is processed through the app after the customer confirms the job is complete. Funds are transferred to your account on a regular schedule.

What does the background check involve?

A standard criminal background screening. It is there to give customers confidence in the people they invite into their homes.

Can I choose which jobs I apply to?

Yes, completely. You browse available tasks in your area and apply only to the ones you want. No job is ever assigned to you without your choice.
